Asado Single Chapa

The Asado Stainless Steel Chapa is the perfect flat-plate for cooking everything from vegetables and perfect fish, to smash burgers, through to a Full English fry up!

Sometimes also called a Plancha, it's designed to work in combination with our modular cooking system, swapping straight out for one section of  V-grills, fitting perfectly on the Asado Grill frame giving you full heat control.

Built from 3mm 304 stainless steel with a cooking area 31cm x 21cm.
