How much does UK delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE to UK mainland, Scottish Islands. and Northern Ireland, and included in all prices shown. 

Delivery addresses need to be accessible by 7.5t lorry - all Grills are delivered fully assembled on a pallet. They are delivered kerbside on a pallet truck - to get as close as possible to where you need it. on gravel drives the lorry will get as close as psosible.

  • If your property cannot be accessed by 7.5t lorry extra shipping charges may apply, please get in touch. 
  • If you have narrow access to the rear of your house, we can deliver broken down into a few sections, for easy re-assembly. 
  • Larger outdoor kitchen  orders may be delivered on a dedicated van

For Channel Islands, Isle of Man we surcharge £85.00

Can you Export?

We can delivery throughout Europe via FedEx TNT on pallets. Select your Country of Delivery from the drop down top right or website, which gives you a VAT Free €uro price. Once you check out, delivery cost is added.

France, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland - £195

Germany, Scandinavia, Italy, Greece - £395

Just before delivery, FedEX will contact you to pay any local VAT and duties.

For Portugal or Spain, we can suggest Algarve Removals who offer and online shopping service, https://www.algarveremovals.com/online-shopping-service-to-the-algarve-2/ and we can delivery Free to their UK warehouse for you.

How long does UK delivery take?

Gunmetal Grills are usually in stock, so delivery is usually in 2-3 working days. When on pre-order, general delivery times are given on the product page. If you need a next day shipment or Saturday delivery, get in touch and we can arrange.  

We will contact you to arrange a delivery day that suits you. Once dispatched, you will be sent a tracking email, so you can check on your grill's progress. 

 

How does delivery work?

Because of the size and weight (65Kg+) of our grills, each one is delivered assembled and a standard pallet by specialist courier. Our courier will unload your grill pallet by tail-lift to the kerbside OR entrance of your property. Delivery is Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm, and Saturday deliveries are available on request. 

Your grill will be delivered fully assembled. All grills with wood-store stands have heavy duty castor wheels, so can be moved around easily. Asado built-in grills take two people to carry, and Grande takes four people to safely move.
