THE BULL & SWAN

A successful town centre traditional pub, the Bull & Swan in Stamford, Lincs, used their Somerset Grill as the centrepiece of a new outdoor eating & entertaining space, themed as a ski chalet. This created huge interest and point of difference locally, and the theatre of cooking outdoors was hugely well received. Driving significant extra revenue opportunities, and adding a whole new menu, it was an easy to use addition which all kitchen staff loved using, and customers really enjoyed watching.

THE FARMER'S ARMS

A thriving rural West Somerset pub with large outdoor garden, which during Covid has a large outdoor pizza kitchen added. This has now been substantially extended and a Somerset Grill added, and a whole new outdoor menu created, with a large section for Asado only dishes such as Espetada skewers, a range of steaks and great Sunday roast joints, all cooked and served outdoors. This has significantly increased both kitchen capacity and overall number of covers, and created a fabulous outdoor Summer vibe.
