Raise or lower the grill height for instant temperature control
A simple turn of the handle moves the cooking surface closer to or further from the embers. More heat, less heat in seconds, for total temperature control.
A continuous supply of red hot embers - cook as long as you want
Our Ember Maker sits at the back of the grill. The logs burn down to a perfect size, forming a continuous bed of red hot embers right where you need it
V Grill channels fat away from the fire - no more flareups and less smoke
The V-shaped grate means fat drains away instead of dropping into the fire. No flare-ups, and much less smoke. Gather the juice too for extra flavour.
