Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy 

To be eligible for a return and refund, you must be within 30 days of purchase and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

No delivery charges (including any premium delivery charges) will be refunded.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Before returning your item, please please contact us with your name and order number and you will be provided with a return reference number

Refund if applicable 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have purchased using a credit card we will not refund the credit card charges we have incurred to process your payment.
